We love Gillows at Lauder and Howard, and we love dumb waiters because there is nothing dumb about them! Such practical pieces for the modern home, they are obviously supremely useful in a dining room but can also be used as room dividers, for books and lamps or to give some useful height and display surfaces in any room. This is a fabulous late Georgian example in beautifully coloured mahogany with just the right amount of carved decoration. Finished on both sides it can free stand or be placed against a wall. Displayed on it part of our ever changing collection of Regency glass.
